I had a special griddle but this one is a lot nicer for a merge of motives. First because that you may fold it up it is easier to store. Also the cooking surface seems to stay the identical climatic characteristic over the whole surface. It isn't cooler near the thresholds like my outdated one. The cook dinnering surface comes off for easy cleaning (nonstick too!). Couldn't be more uncomplicated than that!! I additionally like that I can have two totally different climatic characteristics. Cook pancakes on one aspect and eggs on the opposite. I suppose this can also be a good dimension too. Not too large and not too little. I can simply cook 8 pancakes at a time and have loads of chamber for turning them.

Both sides of the griddle work at unbiased climatic characteristics or can be used together at one temperature. Simply wonderful so to cook totally different items on one grill at their own temperature atmosphere. The only criticism we had was once the drip cup for catching additional grease (ex - hamburgers) was once truly too shallow and had to be watched in case of overflow AND the freight costs have been additionally over-the-top. Aside from that, the product itself was great! Storage is just not a problem because it folds up and fits well in a normal cupboard along its teflon surfaces safe from other merchandises. Get it - you can be glad you did.
